App Features:

1. RECALLS - The app allows users to enter or scan a VIN barcode to manage defective Takata airbag recalls. This functionality is exclusively available to licensed professionals in the Auto Recycling, Salvage, and End-of-Life vehicle sectors. Notably, participation in the Airbag Recall Program does not require users to sell cores to RAS. Licensed auto recyclers and salvage dealers in both the U.S. and Canada can utilize the app to identify and recover defective Takata airbags.
2. CORES - Users can also enter or scan VIN barcodes to view core parts available for purchase. Accessing core features does not necessitate participation in the airbag processing functions. However, users must pass a pre-screening process prior to being granted access for core-related functionalities.
